This is the first weekend in a long time that I can remember just chilling at home. Woke up kinda late today; about 9am. That is late for me considering I get up at 6am almost every day. The plan for today is pretty laid back. Watch some college football games; got a Punjabi movie yesterday that we might watch. If the inspiration strikes; might work on SG2.0 a little bit as well. Got some cool ideas listed on the whiteboard in my office that I might actually go ahead and implement. Lets see.. how the day goes.. Oh, I also gotta wash my car..

Yesterday, me and a friend of mine went to go see the Raiders. It was my first NFL game that I had gone to see in a stadium. It was definitely a different experience than watching the game on TV. The atmosphere was great. The raider’s fans are some of the most passionate fans out there; which is really sad since the team sucks so bad. It was great game in the 2nd half. The raiders were up 21-20 with about 7minutes left. The rest, as they say is history. The raiders again self destructed in typical Raider fashion. All in all; I really enjoyed it. Can’t wait to go to a Niners game.

No more watching sucky pre season game.. the NFL is back and its awesome. I am watching the Colts take on the saints right now. Its pretty exciting. As always; I am doing Fantasy Football and this time I have Manning on my team as the QB. So far; he is making me proud. Go COLTS!!! I have about 6 other players going on Monday night’s 2 games.. so that will make both of those games real fun to watch

Yesterday I watched the 1st quarter of the NFL pre season game between the Indianapolis Colts and the Dallas Cowboys. For some reason; I was not able to get into the game at all. I think its just because of the long 6 month layover between games. I will try to watch a few more games this weekend and see if I can get into the spirit of NFL. But as of now; it really did not catch my interest at all. Then again; its just pre season.

Its getting close to the finale of Hell’s kitchen. There is only 1 show left. Right now it is down to Rock, the executive chef, and Bonnie (the nanny/personal chef). Frankly; I am surprised to see Bonnie make it this far. I always thought the final competition would be between Rock and Jen. Jen had the most experience on the girl’s side; but in the end Bonnie surprised us all. I am really looking fwd to next week’s episode. It should be great fun to see who comes on top. I am rooting for Rock to win it all..

Ever since the first round of the NBA playoffs ended; I have not been watching much sports on TV. There really isn’t anything on now a days worth watching. Baseball just plain sucks. I am not enough of a Tennis fan to follow Wimbledon. So what is a guy to do.. except wait for NFL. In about 4 weeks; the preseason is going to start. I basically can’t wait. There is going to be so much football for the next 4-5 months. Between college and NFL; I am going to have my saturday/sunday covered pretty well.
