Another Payperpost puzzle

The guys over at Payperpost, who are behind blog ads, are launching a new puzzle contest. They have put up a whole bunch of puzzle pieces for you to try to solver. Just like last time; the first person to solve the puzzle will win $500. This one is supposed to be a clue to their new super secret program, payperpostbluemonster. Here is the piece.
