Google Video vs YouTube - which one is better

I was trying to figure out what video service is the best? What would make someone go with YouTube vs Google video? To me, the biggest factor in using a site to upload my videos would have to be which one offers better quality. I was told by many people that Google Video offers far better quality than YouTube. I uploaded a video on Google Video and YouTube. Lets see if you can tell which quality is better.. to me there is a slight edge to Google Video. Another benefit is that Google Video seems to start up sooner than YouTube. What do you think?

I need help,
I have an app that contains an embedded browser.
Up until recently, I could navigate to Google Video and watch videos within the app.
Now when I attempt to load a video page, the app shuts down, without warning - just ***gone*** - every time.
This doesn't happen with YouTube.com or Yahoo Video, just Google Video.
Something about their page changed recently to cause this. Any ideas?
Thanks.

You tube only allows native resolution of 320*240.. Google allows 640*480.. Buffering on google is better though..but you will not notice it on a Mega bit connection..I like youtube as it allows me to copy the link before the video is loaded.. so this saves my MBs on my limited data plan :)
