Buying a condo in Hawaii

Did that get your attention? :) Relax; I am not going to be buying an condo in Hawaii; but a man can dream can’t he? I was just thinking about how cool it would be live in Hawaii and decided to do some research online. I came across a website by Gebhart Properties. They own and manage custom homes in some of the most exclusive locations on the islands. It seems that most of the condos offer luxurious and convenient features, spacious living areas, custom furnishings, and artwork not found in even the finest of hotels. Their list is pretty impressive. I came across Hale Nani Loa Maka, a Kolea Villa. This is a 3BR/3BA penthouse located at the Waikoloa Beach Resort. One of the finest condominiums in all of Hawaii, it sleeps 6 and offers 2,576 square feet of living space. That is bigger than some homes. That would be pretty cool as a vacation home. This thing features private elevator access, gourmet kitchen, an extensive collection of Hawaiian art and outstanding views of Anaeho’omalu Bay and Kileaua, this vacation rental offers all the comforts of home in a resort setting. Hale Ke Kai, another luxurious 3BR/4BA two-level private home in Kailua-Kona will comfortably sleep up to 8 people. It features full-sized kitchens and expansive lanais on both levels, two master suites, a private wading pool, and a location so close to the ocean that you can frequently feel the spray from the ocean as waves break against the coastline. I was just so lost day dreaming about these locations this evening. If you are planning on taking an vacation in Hawaii; don’t stay at one of those boring hotels. Definitely take a look at this Hawaii Condo.
