Luckiest Driver out there

Nowadays; it seems more and more people are running red lights. Whenever people see a yellow light; they just speed up and try to go though. I can understand how someone will do this if the intersection light just changed a few seconds ago and you got caught in the middle. Sometimes; it is very difficult to stop in time and you have to go through the red light. In this video though; you will see that that was not the case.
Pay close attention to the bottom half of the video. Is this guy the luckiest driver in the world or what?
