Vice President Dick Cheney caught sleeping!

This guy is having a tough couple of months. First he shoots his friend in the face during quail hunting; and now he is caught sleeping during the official visit of Chinese President Hu

	His official story is that he was “reading his notes”; not sleeping. I can understand that. I did that many a times during college lectures. I was a good “reader” :).
	Well, atleast Hu’s speech wasn’t as boring as the one given by Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. During one of his speeches; you can see the effect it has on Indian members of congress.
